The packaging of this keyboard is identical to the one of all the other 2026 models and late-2025 models, which is fairly basic but sufficient to hold the keyboard and accessories inside.

DESIGN

The Epomaker TH108 PRO is a true 100% keyboard with a US ANSI layout and including 104 keys plus a knob.

The case has an all-black theme being the only detail a silver plate on the bottom center section of the case and the color of the keycaps theme.

Despite the monotone case, each bottom edge (left and right) is adorned by a long RGB strip light (one per side edge) that adds a nice diffused RGB light projection to your desk.

To the right of the ESC key there is 4 status LED light indicator for Num lock, Caps lock, Scroll lock and Win Key Lock – most of them repeated in the display screen.

Sitting to the left and right of the display screen, you will see 2 black “dots” with RGB ring lights; these can seem to be buttons but they are not. Actually, neither has any function but being embellishing design details – would have not been bad seeing them being buttons or even touch buttons.

DISPLAY SCREEN

The TFT display on the Epomaker TH108 Pro has fair features, giving useful status info like Caps Lock, Num Lock, Connection mode, Win/Mac, battery status, date and time and also can playback animated GIF.

Also, the display has its own UI to navigate and control settings related to the RGB backlight and language selection but it is fair to highlight that the fonts of the date and clock are a bit on the small-side – the clock can be acceptably small but the date is way too tiny.

CONSTRUCTION & BUILD

The main material used for the construction of the TH108 PRO is ABS but you can feel that this is not cheap ABS quality nor a paper thin amount of thickness, as this Epomaker has a tactile feel much more rugged and heavy than a standard ABS-constructed keyboard.

Moreover, the keyboard hides beneath the surface a hot-swappable PCBA (no soldering needed to replace switches), a gasket structure, south-facing RGB, PC plate, flex-cut plate, FR4 flex-cut PCB board and 5 layers of sound dampening and sound enhancing material.

The bottom case holds 4 excellent anti-slippery feet, 2 dual-position adjustable kickstands and a dedicated hidden storage slot for the 2.4G dongle.

The keyboard comes with Cherry keycaps and a multi-colored theme that combines main grey keys, secondary black keys and come pastel-colored accent keys.

All of them are made of quality PBT material and have a mid-subtle gritty textured finish.

As a personal taste, we would not rate the theme of the black TH108 PRO to be among our favorites but this is a totally subjective matter.

Another detail to point out is that if you do not apply some pressure over the top of the knob, you could risk to slide your finger over it and simply slip without actually rotating it. A bit of texture on the metal surface of the knob could had improved the grippiness and reduce any slippery sliding.

We have reviewed and tested both in the past but the current keyboard that we are reviewing is the one with Creamy Jade switches.

The Creamy Jade perform very well as a daily driver and multi-purpose switch with linear design and a balance between weight and responsiveness that can adapt to all tasks. As a point of reference, the Creamy Jade do share many of the qualities of the Wisteria V2.

Following the same tendency as most mid and upper-level keyboards from Epomaker, the TH108 Pro offers tri-mode connectivity with 5 connection banks and both wired and wireless modes.

Wirelessly you can opt to use it through a 2.4G wireless system with the included dongle or switch it to Bluetooth mode and connect up to 3 different devices.

Wired, the TH108 Pro has a USB-C, detachable connection design that can reach 1000Hz (polling rate) and 2ms of latency – being a fully capable gaming keyboard and supporting also NKRO.

SOUND

The Epomaker TH108 Pro assembled with Creamy Jade switches presented a high-quality, refined poppy-thocky sound profile and no traces of echo, resonance nor pinging.

After reviewing more than 100 hundred keyboards from Epomaker so far, this is the first time that we have noticed a tiny bit of over-lubing. The piece that showed over-lubing was the stabs of the spacebar, that despite not presenting any rattling issues (like any of the other stabs) it was a bit more “mushy” or “sticky” than it should be; which is the typical effect of some excess of lube being applied – of course, this could be solely a QC issue in our unit. Fair to mention, that over time the over-lubing eased up and the spacebar stabs started to loosen up.

We have seen in the past and also recently, full-sized keyboard equipped with tiny batteries and we pointed out on each review that did not seem the smartest decision. On the other hand, the Epomaker TH108 PRO has been constructed with a humongous 10000mAh battery, being more than 3 times larger than on some on competitors and that will be welcomed by users that want the maximum runtimes with the minimum recharging hassle.
