The case has a retro-styled look with it’s leather build and visible stitches.

Moreover, the case has the corresponding engraved symbols on each place where each button is placed – like, Play/Pause, Forward, Back.

The fit is slightly loose, though it is fair to note that the brand points this out on all their DC-M11 PRO listings.

As a drawback, the access to buttons and mostly the wheel control might loose some of the superb original ergonomics.

To place the FiiO M11 PRO in the ddHiFi DC-M11 PRO, the DAC needs to be slide from right to left after opening the right-sided “sleeve” of the case.

Every button, connector and port of the FiiO M11 PRO aligns quite-well with the dedicated cutouts of the case.

Construction & Build

The case is very well-built with real leather, a rigid back, that can protect the fragile glass back cover on the FiiO M11.

A cutout on the center of the back section on the case allows part of the original FiiO M11 PRO back cover design to be seen.

Moreover, this might aid to keep under control the temperature of the DAP.
