Despite the cheap price, the SOUNDPEATS T2 feature Active Noise Cancelling, Passthrough (Transparency mode) and Bluetooth 5.1.
In additions to this, the back plates of the earpieces are touch sensitive offering all the main controls for music listening and phone calls – including volume up and volume down control by simple taps.
This TWS are rated at 10 hours of continuous battery life on a single charge and 30 hours when using the recharging cycles of the case – when ANC is turned on the 10 hours will be reduced to 8 hours.

Bass & Sub Bass
Bass on the SOUNDPEATS T2 has a fun and punchy style to cover most modern genres.
It is, though, fair to note that the T2 might not be the right choice for bassheads looking for rumbling deep sub-bass.
Nonetheless, their lower end can reach sufficient depth for most tracks that do not center on sub-bass.
Furthermore, the non-boosted sub-bass will allow them to be less-prone to present an excessively bass-centered sound signature and/or “bass-drowning” sound issues.

Mids & Vocals
The midrange of the T2 presents a warm profile with a cozy and full lower mids feel.
As with many warm-inclined headphones, the low and lower-mid range can exhibit some congestion but for this particular model this is a matter of non-boosted midrange instead of congestion – as, technically speaking, this is a very flat midrange tuned earphone.
As a matter of fact, compared to many other models with a similar tuning tendency, this SOUNDPEATS TWS do a better job keeping it’s sound agreeably warm, yet not overly busy.
Overall, the SOUNDPEATS T2 offers a relaxed midrange sound that never gets harsh nor will ever surprise users with uncomfortably hot peaks..

Highs & Treble
Similar to its mids, the highs and treble range of this SOUNDPEATS TWS has a general relaxed style with no abrupt spikes; besides some arguably tolerable sibilance.
As an everyday TWS, the team did not pretend to discover any analytical performance nor micro-detail out of it; indeed, the T2 did not offer these characteristic.
Users should expect a highs tuning with a darkish tint and nearly no piercing annoyances..

Sound Isolation
The SOUNDPEATS T2 offer an average passive isolation performance but this sub-$50 TWS are still packed with Active Noise Cancelling to boost their isolation capability and Passthrough to have a degree of awareness of the environment.
When activating it’s ANC, the T2 will get an exponential boost in their isolation performance, yet to keep users expectative as real as possible, it is worth highlighting that their ANC dB cancellation will not be as groundbreaking as industry-leading models.
On the other hand, their Passthrough surprised the team with a very good implementation that efficiently adds a layer of perception of surrounding noises and voices, still without introducing weird sounds nor heavy distortion on the music listened.

EQ
Response to Equalization
The T2 have an excellent response to EQ with much better and polished results over their lower midrange as well as a general midrange boosting with no added boxyness nor harshness.
Highs showed, as well, a very good retuning potential with an EQ, adding a much more detailed and brighter sound.
