TOZO T20, a highly affordable TWS from TOZO.

The TOZO T20 might have a very friendly price but you will still be getting an IPX8 waterproof TWS that supports wireless charging and offers dual-mics with ENC noise cancelling for phone calls (this is not a ANC earphone)

Inside, the unit holds a 10mm dynamic driver with a BT 5.3 chip to provide modern, stable and long-lasting connectivity. In fact, the T20 is able to last up to 13 hours on a single charge and up to 48.5 hours when combined with the charging case.

Probably the fancier feature of the TOZO T20 is the nice case that sports a clean and clear display that informs the battery charge in a 3-digit percentage and the charging/battery status of each earpiece independently.

Bass & Sub Bass

TOZO has achieved a highly difficult tuning over the lower frequencies of the T20, making it able to provide an insanely powerful mid-bass punch and a sub-bass that can extend as deep as any sub-bass note is perceived with no single shortage; yet at the same time the overall bass on the T20 is tight enough as to not overstep the lower midrange nor upper frequencies.

You might only get a bit more bass-invading sound if your tracks are mainly centered on sub-bass.

Mids & Vocals

The midrange of the TOZO T20 is unexpectedly more refined and better tuned than what we would had expected for such a cheap-priced TWS.

In fact, the T20 is able to offer a superb balance of fullness but clarity over the midrange.

Male vocals and lower mids provide a present, well-rounded sound that never becomes laid back nor distant.

At the same time, this TWS does not show any traces of mid-bass bleed nor congestion over the low-mid ranges.

Upper mids and female vocals on the TOZO T20 are crisp, clear and very alive while still never become harsh nor annoying.

TOZO did a remarkable job tuning the midrange of the T20.

Highs & Treble

Following the same line of their midrange, highs and treble on the TOZO T20 are bright and well-defined.

TOZO extended the finely-tuned and balanced sound over the upper ranges, providing also an open and never ever muffled sound.

In spite of the bright profile, the highs and treble do not sound overly boosted nor introduce piercing peaks. On the other hand, sibilance is frequent and can be a bit intense depending on the track.

Comfort

The lightweighted and very rounded earpieces of the TOZO T20 result in a comfortable fit for hours of use without having to worry about in-ear fatigue nor a painful wearing experience.

Moreover, the angled nozzles provide a better in-ear placement ensuring an optimized snugly fit (an better sound transmission)

On top of that, the case with the handy display information might seem superfluous but we found it to be very useful to have a clear and detailed feedback of the battery status.
